Abstracts: Introduction: “This project is providing repairing services to the clients in the Surat and requirement for the solutions which provides web based solution for the consumer complain management system in the firm.” We are having two types of clients one who have Annual Maintenance Contract and others are having Call on demand Contracts. Project should maintain both types of clients as per requirement. Project should able to handle all clients information and should allow us to generate report for the customer and complains in future when needed. There should be separate entry for the AMC clients and on demand clients. It should be able to give daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and customized report to staff when needed. It should maintain various income generated from the service provided. It should also maintain staff and engineers working in our firm and their salary records. Various status of complaint should be maintain. We need following features in online software. 1.Administration Control ? New staff and engineer registration. ? Enable and Disable of staff and engineers in case they join and leave the firm. ? Proper reporting at the administrator end and search should be provided at the various criteria. ? Consumer Complain Entry. ? Management of Consumer Complain resolved entry. ? Management AMC contract entry. ? Alert for the AMC expiration. ? Current status report for the various complains. 2.Administrative staff ? Authentication. ? This application works Consumer want to change password and he/she forgot the password. ?
