Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) , is the project which is prepared in ABAP module of SAP. This project helps the organization to keep the record of workers/engineers hired by company on contract basis. Our project keep the record of engineers who are hired to solve the different problem faced regarding software, hardware and networking in different departments. In this, we keep the record of engineers, department in which they work and system that are assigned to them. In this project admin receive a call on helpdesk and register the complaint. According to complaint’s category and priority engineers are assigned to solve it. When problem is solved, the admin closes the complaint. Thus our project is helpful for organization to keep record of performance of workers who are hired on contract in the form computerized records safely and easily.
