Abstracts: GSECL has put up the a project which aims to cater the domestic need of it. There is a big problem of maintaining all inventory or assets manually so the Computerized Maintenance Management System will be very helpful to them in maintenance management. The product will take care of all work orders. This product eliminate the more traditional approach to asset management and removes the need for point solution that offer limited and flat view of the asset through an entire organization. This System integrated with various modules such as inventory, purchase, work order etc. One of the greatest CMMS benefits is the elimination of paperwork and manual tracking activities, saving time and allowing staff to remain productive. This is only true if the CMMS can collect and store information in an easily retrievable format. This document defines and describes the operations, interfaces, performance, and quality assurance requirements of the CMMS. The document also describes the non-functional requirements such as the user interfaces. It also describes the design constraints that are to be considered when the system is to be designed, and other factors necessary to provide a complete and comprehensive description of the requirements for the software. The Project Report captures the complete software development and requirements for the system. Requirements described in this document are derived from the initial documentations prepared for the CMMS. The complete development work and strategies were adopted according to the analysis done with it.
