Abstracts: The ultimate goal of AERCON INDIA is to produce the highest quality of brick at the lowest possible cost. Two major process of storage and mixing of various ingredients are done manually which leads to poor quality and more manpower requirement. Automation is a key element in understanding the relevant process behavior, monitoring and controlling the process windows, ensuring stable processes, achieving the necessary product quality at all times, guaranteeing error-free production and promptly detecting any anomalies. Industry automation refers to the use of computer and automation components (i.e. relays, sensors, pneumatic and hydraulic components, etc) to control industrial processes. Objective of this project is to construct the circuit of production process. This will improve the quality of the product, reduce manpower requirement. It will able to produce variety of AAC brick by minor change in PLC program. Currently in AERCON INDIA, the controlling of conveyors, pumps and pneumatic valves are done manually. Along with control of ferry cart is done manually. This will result in poor quality and high manpower requirement. This ultimate reduces the amount of profit. To overcome above problem, the automation circuit for various process will be construct and testing and validation of this circuit will be done with the help of computer.
