Preamble
The course will be taught between

2 Guest lectures on Branding and Communication issues by Prof. C. D. Mitra
A mix of lectures, cases, and guest lecturers from industry experts (subject to availability)

Business Market Management by Anderson & Narus
Case and Readings handbook
Evaluation
Case Presentations (4 Nos.) (group) : 30%
Case presentation + Case write up (Max. 3 pages) for each case
Case Study on a B2B company (allocated by faculty) : 20%
Quiz/ Class Tests (3 Nos.) : 30%
Mostly surprise or on short notice.
End term examinations : 20%
Please Note: at the end of the term, each member is expected to hand over a “Peer evaluation Form” for his/her group members
This would determine the individual’s final group activity related (Case Presentations + Case study) score

+5 minutes deviation allowed
You are expected to come prepared for the session
Cases and handouts
A greater amount of learning through participation
From shared experiences
Or, shared views on material
Theoretical (readings) and Practical (Cases)
Plagiarism will attract a high penalty
