Abstracts: Vkalp Consultancy is a Telecom Call Centre company located in Rajkot, India. In company works towards offering different kind of beneficial post-paid plan providing to our existing prepaid client that guarantees profitability. Now a days people faces many problems regarding prepaid recharge in his area and suffering short talk time in his company but in Vodafone Company give good services regarding this thing, so that we are going to develop this web application named Call Centre Management System and it will saves the time of Employee services. Call Centre Management System web application has actually three side applications. One is Admin, Supervisor, and Employee Side. In Application satisfied the requirements of Owner of Vkalp Consultancy. Administrator will manage Admin side in which he will manage different types of Post-paid plan for high usage customer. Client will pay full payment of recharge but they have get not full talk time or more talk time in his recharge so out employee search highest usage client and offering profitable plan. If Client understands that which plans is profitable to him then he wants to transfer to Pre to post. Customer will buy it. Supervisor will monitor all activity regarding that all criteria customer. Supervisor has also give solution regarding this activity and resolves all queries and his problems. An Administrator is making all kind needed report which has sending up to main office. This application will fulfil all requirements regarding pre-post activity. Employee will easy to system. So it will save the time and efforts of Employee and give more efficient work.
