It is all about taking control of what you want to do, whom you want to work for and where you want to be.
It may include what is important to the individual, identifying what career path is best for him/her and skill building to improve one’s career possibilities.
Managing the changing environment
Change is constant in every field of our life.
Starting with technology, methods of transaction in business, to the nature of education and definition of family, everything is changing.
However, something has remained relatively constant amidst all the changes.
Despite all the changes, the same basic human skills still lie at the heart of effective human interaction.

The basic behavioral principles that lie at the foundation of these skills are timeless.
