The project is related to Computer Networking field. The project is based upon the CCNA concepts of networking. Project is made on Cisco Packet Tracer simulator. The network between two campuses is been set up using CCNA protocols. The D.N.S. server is also provided along with four more servers. IP phones are attached and port securities are also provided.
A simulator model which provides the university ability to connect with the main server and further routers & switches and protocols applied on it. Each campus will have their own account with their own data. On the other hand compuses that are willing to connect with other campuses for their conduction of information can request to the main server and get their connections done and can communicate with them. Registered server can add or remove router and these jobs can be seen by one administrator. Main aim of this project is to make a good communication ability that can make the routers of one campus to have details of other router for configuration purposes.The project provides us with a unique feature of a simulating communication where multiple routers of one organization can access data of other center’s router if need be with.
Administration mode of the university is provided with the service from Internet Service Provider This block is linked with the two campuses of the university via two different routers. These routers further attached with three routers of the respective departments. Switches are provided to each respective router. Data is tranferred via sending & receiving process. IP phone are provided in the calling department for information transfer via voice messages.
