Abstracts: DIL has put up a project which aims to cater the domestic needs of the firm. This project aims at general business practice to describe methodologies, systems, and practices designed to generate new potential business clientele, generally operated through a variety of marketing techniques. These processes are designed for business-to-business and direct-to-consumer strategies. Courier Inward-Outward Management System is in many cases a precursor to customer relationship management. This critical connectivity facilitates business profitability through the acquisition of new customers, selling to existing customers, and creating a market brand. This process has also accurately been referred to as customer acquisition management. However the entire system is screen based in nature which implies that the application is a ground level application which would be used by over 200 employees of Diamond Infosystems Ltd. The general principles of Courier Inward- Outward Management System create an ordered structure for send and receive the courier of the particular sender and receiver, from source to its final destination respectively. The process creates architecture for organization of data, distributed across the various stages of a sales process, and across a distributed sales force. With the advent of the particular software and other information systems technologies, this process has rapidly become technology-centric, as businesses practicing courier management techniques have shifted much of the prior manual workload to automation systems, though personal interaction with courier inquiries is still vital to success. The application handles and manages the couriers for the any source to any destination. The client for the system is the any person who would use the system to send and receive the Couriers. The application reduces a lot of paper work and helps in efficient management of an integral part of the firm. It not only contributes at the ground level but also ensures productivity, consistency and efficiency for the firm at a holistic level.
