Abstracts: Content Management System (CMS) is the base structure of the project. CCMS will work on the basic applications like online assignment submission, group making for faculties, to create test and take the tests of specific groups. It also displays the entire student’s performance. A CCMS will also make contribution to the good environment of study specific requirements. CCMS keeps track of doing the same work there on the self of assignments, tests and different groups. Contents can be simple text, photos and documents. A major advantage of CCMS is that it requires almost no technical knowledge or skill to manage. There are mainly 2 types of users using work on this system (Faculties and Students). In a CCMS, data can be defined as nearly anything: documents, texts and photos so forth. CCMS are frequently used for storing, controlling, revising, semantically enriching, and publishing documentation. Serving as a central repository, the CCMS increases the version level of new updates to an already existing file. Version control is one of the primary advantages of a CCMS.
