Abstracts: Now a day some techniques are still traditional. So, there is a scope to improve those techniques. During vocational period, we had visited a construction site. So at that time process of grooving in the wall for the electricity pipe fitting and drainage pipe fitting was going on. The workers were doing the grooving process by traditional way using hammer and chisel. First they use a diamond disc cutter for generating two dead line of the slot as per requirement and the material between those two lines was removed with the help of hammer and chisel. So we come to know that this process was too much time consuming and effort making process. So, our approach is of making such type of grooving machine which reduces the human effort and slotting time. Our prime focus is on the tool which can make a minimum groove of 1 inch directly into the wall and also a mechanism to rotate that tool in appropriate RPM and required torque. Some of the developed countries like U.S., U.K., Japan and China have developed this type of wall chaser machine but in India this type of machine is nowhere used. So this project has very bright future to our country.
