Abstracts: “Change is the Rule of Life.” In every stage of life change is required. Present system of Drinking Water Supply deals with lots of Manual and descriptive work which makes it a lengthy and time consuming process. So there arise a need to make change in this system. The highly competitive business environment demands that managers run their organizations leaner, faster and smarter - with fewer people and lower costs. This requirement can be fulfilled by our project “Drinking Water Supply Management System”. DWSMS (Drinking Water Supply Management System) is a web application which will run on web server of an organization which is on windows platform. The Drinking WATER Supply Management System allows controlling water supply every day, time and costs - making information visible, available and accessible in real time to all of the functionality in the water supply system. This system allows to easily manage employee timesheets, water supply time sheet, area as well as vendor details, employees’ and contractors’ rates. This system is designed for those who need a customizable timesheet tracking and it is particularly convenient for accountants, contractors, temporary agencies and supplier deatils. This software reports flexible and customizable time and tasks. Using an intuitive web based timesheet entry interface, the employees will be able to capture their time in a quick and efficient manner, reducing data entry times and speeding up the cost collection and reconciliation processes. The proposed system covers the drawback of the existing system. It not only guides the user in various procedures moreover it allows issuing order of list, billing system, client problem, registration, etc to be performed online. It also allows users to register in the site and create his/her profile which is stored in the database and can be used any time anywhere by just login in the website. Thus this project will be a step ahead towards a useful and efficient system which completely provides a better water supply management.
