INTRODUCTION
Water constitutes one of the important physical environments of man and has a direct bearing on his health
Water is an eternal wonder, a life-giving force and cause for ruin or prosperity of the nation
Under demographic pressurization and industrial growth, the demand for water is continuously increasing globally at an accelerated pace.
Hence, there is a need for technological and scientific interaction for harnessing,conservation and proper management of water resources.
OBJECTIVE
To supply safe and clean water in adequate quantity, conveniently and as economically as possible.
To study present scenario of water supply scheme of 43 villages of Dindugal district.
To design the pipe networks based on the demand pattern using FOXPRO software.
To design the sump
