Abstracts: This project evaluates the failure due to stressing of the flexible pavement and priority for improvement with consideration to 1km of road stretch. The detailed study of the early road history, type and causes of failure on it gives us a result in which many failure are found. When consider type of cracks, Rutting, Shriving, corrugations, potholed and fatigue etc. that has developed on the road pavement cores were made along the road exposes the layers from wearing course to sub-grade in various locations along the road, where it has good pavement and where failure occurs. The type and thickness of the course will be observed along the stretch. Also the properties of the sub-grade material (optimum moisture content, moisture content plastic limit and liquid limit dry density) were determined, research has been deeply carried out to unveil the causes and remedy on these failures on the pavement with the different laboratory test on the core samples for solution to the pavement failure on road. Above all, considering the result, the recommendation for improvement was established so as to provide a suitable and durable flexible pavement for all condition in a free and flow traffic standard.
