Abstracts: Employee Master Management System helps to retrieve, update & maintain all the data of an employee in an organization. This system will help the user to manipulate employee’s data such as payroll, contact, personal and professional information using ALV & Interactive reports and Smartforms. Any functionality can be used by three ways, i.e. using T-Codes, Push buttons or by Menu Bar. User can compare the performance of employees using different charts. Users on same client can chat with each other using Chat Relay System. User can send SMS & E-Mail directly from SAP itself. She/he can check Employee’s work report on weekly/monthly basis. She/he can issue & design Certificates & Pay slips using Smartforms.
