Introduction
ERP systems integrate internal and external management information across an entire organization, embracing finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc.
ERP systems automate this activity with an integrated software application.
ERP systems can run on a variety of computer hardware and network configurations, typically employing a database as a repository for information.

An integrated system that operates in real time (or next to real time), without relying on periodic updates.
A common database, which supports all applications.
A consistent look and feel throughout each module.
Installation of the system without elaborate application/data integration by the Information Technology (IT) department
Purpose
The purpose of ERP is to facilitate the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization and manage the connections to outside stakeholders.
The goals of ERP includes high level of customer service, improved productivity ,cost reduction, better inventory turnover etc.

It manages all the information and generate reports about various departments, employees and projects, which is further sub divided into:-

User is able to view and start tasks, send reports and leave requests, which is further sub-divided into: -

There is easily accessed information by the casual user as well as end user.
Security
Any unauthorized person can’t enter into the system because each and every user of this system is already validated in system. At the time of entry system will ask for the password.
System has security at user level.

After success full Log in as Admin module, admin can do various jobs.
Admin register Employees
Admin can add department details
Admin can add Project details.
Admin can assign tasks to users.
Admin can view assigned task to users.
Admin can view report fill by users to check the status of assigned job.
Admin can check his work Status i.e. from where does he get a response.
Role of User Module
Employee has to register itself.
This is a free of cost registration facility for User and compulsory.
After success full Login employee can do various jobs with the options available.
Employee can fill report online and send it to the Admin.
Employee can view the monthly and yearly report.
Role of Login Module
User will register themselves
This module will authenticate the user id, password along with the user type
Session will be created for each user who has logged in the system and will be terminated once the user has logged out.
Future Scope
This project is designed and developed in such a manner that it provides maximum efficiency & speed and has a vast scope of further development.
Number of modules can be added without many modifications in the database and with minimum modifications in its code.
It is armed with a powerful query support system and is capable of supporting advanced and complex queries for much more advanced reports.
This project is easily run by User and no any problem should be occurring at run time.
