Abstracts: “Event Management System” is a web based application to manage & organise different kind of events on a single platform without any hassle. In this, users can manage & organise events from remote locations & also get the budget costing in the real time manner. It’s a fully dynamic web application which usually contains 3 users as follows, 01. Super admin 02. Admin 03. Client “Super Admin” is the site owner, who can add/remove/edit different categories as per the need of the system or company & he has complete rights to manage everything on the system. “Admin” has rights to add/remove/edit & manage only assigned category (e.g. Decoration or Catering) , who has complete rights to manage the assigned category only & can’t manage other fields. “Client” is the actual user of the services provided by the system or company. This also includes vendors who are willing to provide their services through this system if company approves to take their services. As a fully dynamic web application it has almost all the functionality which is required to organise any events like wedding planning & being dynamic in nature, categories can be organised as per the need as & when required.
