Abstracts: While looking at the current system we found that the user are facing many problems related to the manual system. Currently running system is providing the manually on the paper. Hence the supervision and maintenance becomes very tedious. The system is carrying out the maintenance of fleets that are used to provide the facilities for accidental emergencies. Hence we are going to provide the system that works on technology not on the manual system. We will provide system that involves all employees, supervisors and superiors of the system. There are two shifts in which checklists are configured and checked. We will replace manual paper checklist with e-checklist. This checklist is submitted to the shift supervisor. The shift supervisor will register a request to head office if technical fault is detected. The Head-office management is responsible to solve technical faults detected by the supervisor, Main supervisor can also see the form with his id and password. So basically through our system we provide systematic management of checklist, maintenance and security. The system is a web application and runs mainly on the server. So, any customer can have access to the application / system from anywhere in the world and all round the clock. System eliminates manually storage of data. Every employee of the system can login to the system by various modules generated for specific user. Our system performs rapid & accurate services and quick solution to the problems. Reduce labour and very efficient. It reduces the work load on shift supervisors by providing the easy way of keeping track of the faults. System does not apply to any regulatory policy as the project developed is a Web-Based application to be used as product for the personalized use of the company’s internal use itself.
