Objective
A health center system is used to manage the medical information of the family in particular locality.
This system is to facilitate the center to Create, Update, Retrieve, Delete and Report the family medical history efficiently, in turn helping the doctors make timely, effective diagnoses.
The Health Centre can use this collected data to make prediction and generate patterns of disease in the region.
Using these data they take measures to prevent epidemic.
Required sanitary measures can also be educated to the public.
EXSISTING SYSTEM
Camp records are maintained manually.
Family health records are maintained in file document.
DRAWBACKS OF EXSISTING SYSTEM:
Record keeping can create problem while maintaining.
Workload to health center administrator.
Damage to the manual records are high.
Loss or theft of data can occur.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Develop an application to manage records of the family medical folder.
The records are maintained in database.
Provide interface for health center, doctors and family to view the updated information of the family.
ADVANTAGE OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:
It reduce the time and complexity of maintaining records.
The database can keep track and update all the information of the recorded patients in the healthcare center during a particular time span.
Privacy and Integrity to the data can be provided.

Family
Family details.
Individual health details.
Doctors
Family details.
Medical report of family for each individual.
FAMILY IDENTITY CARD:
Family ID card is given to each family.
It contains
ID card serial no (same as family folder s.no)
Name of the head of the family
Number of members in family
Residential address
