Meaning and Definition
Human Resource Management is function that helps managers recruit,select,train and develop members for an organization.
HRM is also a management function concerned with with hiring,motivating and maintaining people in an organisation. It focuses on people in organisation.
HRM refers to the set of programmes, functions and activities designed and carried out in order to maximize both employees as well as organizational effectiveness.
