Abstracts: A Human Resource Business Process Automation (HRBPA) refers to the systems and processes as the intersection between Human Resource Management (HRM) and Information Technology (IT). The Human Resource Activities, getting automated, will lead to a new and innovative way to approach HR activities and processes with the IT field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages for the software. With the major organizations hosting services of HR activities, our project specifically aims at the total automation of the HR Business Processes for Recruitment purposes. With the total automation of HR activities, the manual dependencies existing in the present system will be minimized to a large extent. It will inherit all the properties of computerizing a system which includes quick response, less processing time, non-diligence, fast recovery, robustness, flexibility, reliability and scalability, which will in turn make it a good user interface. As the organizations are growing in exponential form and maintaining employee records in a consistent format, they demand highly automated HR processes. To satisfy the needs of clients, today’s organization need more and more workforce. The automated HR processes will take care of this by keeping the records of the resources (aspirants) in a categorical and systematic format, making regular updates and allowing the HR to analyze it and do desired extraction there upon via Dynamic Query Tool and generating the resumes of the shortlisted resources through Multi-format Resume Generation .
