Abstracts: The main objective of the project is to develop a Human Resource Management system for the Intranet Automation of HR Software. Generally all famous company has an Intranet through which all the employees in the company will be connect together. Human Resource Management system provides the information regarding the employees in the company. A Human Resource Management System (HRMS), refers to the systems and processes at the intersection between human resource management (HRM) and information technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular it’s basic HR activities and processes with the information technology field. The main objective is to reduce the effort of Administrator to keep the daily events such as attendance, projects, works, appointments, etc. This displays a detailed report of all the Technologies Used and all the projects that were done and are being done under them. A link is provided to the name of the project, which displays the Team Members of the project along with the total working days on the project, by each employee. It used to act as a bidirectional process flow which increase the “Workforce” and “Senior Management” and collaborate everybody’s requirements in a solution space and help to provide a better and value added service or outcome to customer or client of the organization. The Human Resources Management (HRM) function includes a variety of activities, and key among them is deciding what staffing needs you have and whether to use independent contractors or hire employees to fill these needs, recruiting and training the best employees, ensuring they are high performers, dealing with performance issues, and ensuring your employee and management practices conform to various regulations. Activities also include managing your approach to employee benefits and compensation, employee records and personnel policies.
