Abstracts: Human resource management system (HRMS) refers to the system and processes at the intersection between human resource management (HRM) and information technology. It merges HRM as a discipline and in particular its basic HR activities and processes with information technology field, whereas the programming of data processing systems evolved into standardized routines and packages. HRMS includes Organization Information Management Module, Payroll Management Module, Attendance Management Module, Leave Management Module, Production Management Module, Client Management Module, and Employee Self-Service. To reduce the manual workload of these administrative activities, organizations began to electronically automate many of these processes by introducing specialized HRMS, which is made in JavaFX, which provides the access of his software on web browser without specially having a look at main application of HRMS installed at organization.
