ABSTRACT
The aim of this socially relevant project is to manage the donation and storing of blood in Blood Bank Users can register as a Donor.
His details will be stored in the back-end database. User can also request for specific blood group.
The intense clerical activity in the Blood Bank has prompted the use of computers to alleviate this problem.
‘Blood Donation Tips, A computerized Blood Bank Management system is described. Features include product oriented data input, inventory control reports, product utilization reports, rapid retrieval of individual patient reports

DONOR MASTER
The Donor Master has contains the main fields are Donor No, Donor Name, Seg. No, Weight, Donating Date, Blood Group, Temperature, BP, Pulse, Age and Donor Details like City, Phone Number, Street and Address.
It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close. These operations are to be affected to the database.
CAMP MASTER
The Camp Master has contains the main fields are Camp Code, Camp Date, Place of Camp, Organizer of Camp and No. of Donors.
It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.
These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set.
BLOOD ISSUE REGISTER
The Blood Issue Register has contains the main fields are Blood Bag No, Issue Date, Incidental Charge Bill, Patient Name, Patient Age, Sex, Doctor Name, Diagnosis, Compatibility, Adverse Reaction, Medical Officer, Issue done by and Hospital Name.
It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.

CROSS MATCH REGISTER
