INTRODUCTION:
One of the major concerns of industrial as well as developing countries in recent trades is to increase productivity, improved product quality and minimizes cost. The insisting of today depends what extends their products are qualitative then their competitions. This makes price as a key factor as producing quality products at low price needs highly skilled people doing right thing at right times. In this context training and development has an important role. It is only through training, the knowledge, and skill people can be improved and make them effective at their job.
Development of human resource is critical to organization as it provides the skill needed to meet present requirement and for future. India has come a long way on path of industrialization.
Any organization needs people at first time to start the work. Whatever may be the size of the organization or whatever is their goal. Organization goals or objectives must translate into job that is part of contribution towards goal achievement. To achieve the organizational goal however large or small personnel with requisite skill and competence are required. Leading managers in the organization have become the exponent of human resources. Raw human resource can only make limited contribution towards the achievement of the organization objectives.
Collection of data
Different types of data collected in the course of research work constitute the body of this report. The data collected were in various forms and in different methods. However, the data can be classified into two broad categories. Such as
1. Primary Data
2. Secondary Data
Primary data
These are data, which are collected through prepared questionnaire. As has been discussed, the questionnaires were divided into 2 forms. One for executives and another for non-executive to cover a proper sample. The responses thus received were in various forms and also contained some extra information, beyond the coverage of questionnaires were collected on the spot.
Secondary data
The secondary data also constitute a large portion of the report. These data were collected from different official document, official papers, brouchers, CESU diary, company’s website; training calendar of CESU etc. the secondary data provided much important information on organization structure, HR data of the organization etc.
Tabulation of data
After the collection of data from different source, tabulation of data was prepared. Against each question, the responses were tabulated.
Analysis Of data
The analysis of data, which is the main goal of this research work, was done through highest percentage of responses against each question
