Metro North – is it happening?
Exercise – Cycle routes from Fairview to Sutton should be extended – Cost to extend this to woodenbridge – Dollymount
Safety of cyclists – Segrated on path rather than on roads
Issue of Right of Way – is there cycling rules? National Policy
Walking should be good quality footpaths
Electric wheelchairs – Use of cyclepaths for this? Safety and Access is an issue
New areas should have proper facilities such as cyclepaths and footpaths
Housing – is there enough parking? Problems with communal parking – loss of spaces in towns to provide extra parking
Flooding - Need to take account of this – Coastal Flooding and Coastal erosion
No rural public transport within Fingal – Service provided by the North Fingal Rural Transport –
People are isolated in rural areas
NFTI provides service to all age groups especially school students
Service for school children by mainstream is inadequate
Train service should introduce a Monday to Friday ticket

Tourism – Great location to visit – should promote
Sport –
European cross-country race at Santry up to 1000 competitors
Santry stadium and hotels to be used as base for competitors for 2012 Olympics in London – Jamaicans to base themselves in Limerick – need to plan now
Walking championships in Phoenix Park – use Santry to train
Tennis clubs – courts need upgrading such as Malahide.
Foreign students use the courts in summer
7 to 10,000 children use tennis courts in tennis leagues
Parks – need extra facilities – such as cafes and Bars- Vandalism is an issue
