VISION, MISSION & QUALITY POLICY
The Bank’s vision is to excel among the Apex Cooperative Banks of the Country.
The Bank’s mission is to reach finance to all the farmers in the State.
The bank shall continue to improve their socio-economic status through timely financial and technical support to the farmers.
The bank shall also deliver innovative and advanced products and services in productive and effective manner to meet the demands of the local clients.
QUALITY POLICIES/OBJECTIVES:
One of the main policy or objective to improve their quality is to provide training facility to all their employees.
Another main aim is to raise funds by way of deposits, loans, grants, donations, subscriptions, subsidies etc. for financing the members by way of loans, cash credits, over-drafts and advance.
The main objective of the Bank is to save the farmers in the State by providing Short-term and Long-term agricultural loans.
To serve the society and act as a catalyst to achieve a balanced socio-economic growth.
AREA OF OPERATION:
The KSCAB is a Co-operative bank at the state level. This bank operates at the state level. Apex bank has 31 branches and its headquarters is located in Chamarajapet, Bangalore.

OWNERSHIP PATTERN:
The bank classifies its share holders into 6 types such as A, B, C, D, E, F classes. The face value of shares under each class is different from the others.
‘A’ class shareholders alone have the voting rights.
‘B, C and D’ class of share holders have the option to participate in the meeting of the company.
‘E’ category shares are those shares held by those members other than B, C, D share holders.
‘F’ category of share holders is very general in type. They neither have voting rights nor do they participate in the meetings of the company. The face value of the shares of this category is very less compared to the others.
Learning experience
A meaningful four week project work has exposed me to BANKING culture and team work is the culture of Apex bank. I have learnt the dynamics of team work and how to work in a team for good results.
I have also learnt that various HR policies programs and practices are very important to keep the employees satisfied.
It was a wonderful experience for me to know the fully working culture of apex bank and was exposed to technical knowledge and simulation models of the company.
It was surprising to learn that an organization like apex bank is so much committed to society’s welfare and ethical standards
