Abstracts: Real Estate Investors invest into properties or land at various sites which span across multiple cities or even countries. Brokers are appointed by them to handle individual properties and brokers are then responsible to find out tenants, allocate properties to tenants and track the payments from tenants. Investors do not find enough time to directly communicate with tenants and so the brokers are intermediates who take all responsibilities related to rent collection and management. We are developing a comprehensive system making the entire process transparent as well as manageable starting from investor configuring his owned properties, appointing brokers and managing tenants. The solution will be software as a service (SaaS) that will provide business accounts to investors, who can create multiple sub accounts for their brokers and tenants. In this system we are deploying only data on the cloud. Investors will configure their owned properties, locations and all details within the service application and appoint brokers. Brokers will actually manage properties appointed to them, perform reporting to investors and allocate tenants and make the entire process transparent/visible to the investor. Lease terms, lease period and tenant information will directly be available to the investor making it easy for him to track his properties and manage business instead of physical investigation and commutation. Brokers will get alerts/reminders for collecting rents from the tenants and all the payment records will be automatically managed by our system. Additionally, the Software being a service, we get all advantages of SaaS application including low initial cost, low maintenance cost, data security on server and easy up gradation of software.
