Problem identification
Problem identification deals with the current system problems leading to a tedious work. Some of the problems faced are as described below:
1 Lack of opportunities
It is very difficult to locate all the job openings. The user may go through the openings of the particular newspaper but may be tedious to search all the jobs in each and every newspaper instead, on the site all the job openings from the leading newspapers and other sources.
2 Time consuming
The user may spend lots of time searching for the jobs of his own field and he may miss some of the opportunities if the advertisement is not occupying enough space in the source.
3 Paper work
The user previously used to mail the CV via post to apply for the job, which was manually written and framed again and again when he wants to apply for some other position.
4 Response time
The applicants got the response from the firm after a long period of time, as the letters took a sufficiently high time to travel from one place to another.
