Requirement Analysis and Functional Review (~30%)
Develop functional specifications for projects for product teams of Microsoft
Prepare customer artifacts including project documentation
Conduct requirement reviews with team to get clarity on requirements
Provide pre sales support (~10%)
Produce responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals
Coordinate with technical leads to understand client requirements and build suitable solutions
Develop Industry specific and technical whitepapers
Prepare presentations for sales and corporate meetings
Develop case studies
Analyze competitors
Business Process Improvement (~15%)
Innovate and improve company process model
Make recommendations to clients for improving the software development methodology to incorporate Lean and Agile techniques
Company initiatives and Training (~15%)
Help grow the company by owning or supporting initiatives such as developing new competencies
Share knowledge with team members via a mentoring relationship, review design docs, give technical talks, act as a consultant on projects
Interface with internal groups, partners and employees for cross training
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a reputed university
Previous work experience with an IT firm will be an added advantage
Highly motivated and a positive team player
Strong customer interaction skills with exposure to international clients
Excellent communication and people skills - able to communicate to diverse audiences with confidence, clarity and focus
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
