The Electrical stator winding machine is used for winding purpose. This machine consists of number of components. The machine is generally driven by electrical motor. This machine requires perfect setting of Stator before winding. It requires hours of human effort for its loading and unloading of Stator that is positioning the stator at exact location for each groove. This machine is power operated machine; hence it consumes much more electricity. As electric motor is used for running of whole unit, vibrations are generated. And there is great reduction in life of components due to vibrations. Also this machine has more cost. These machines are complicated in construction so maintenance cost is high. Accurate positioning of stator is time spending operation.

So the attempt is made which eliminates all the difficulties and disadvantages. This device is applicable for both commercial and industrial fields. This is the manually operated stator winding machine. In this machine there are all the mechanical components so life of machine is longer. As this is manually operated machine, external source of power is totally eliminated. The time required for winding is also less.
This device makes the winding at exact location in stator groove. There is no insertion of turns from outside; hence there is not any chance of loosening of wire turns in stator groove. This advantage makes the use of machine for Stator winding. The stator on which turns are prepared gives smooth working of fan. The cost of this device is less as compared to Electrical stator winding machine. The operation of counting the turns to be fitted in the grooves of stator can be eliminated by using digital electronic counter.
