Abstracts: In this project we are trying to solve a problem faced by Deep pneumatics Pvt. Ltd. Which is a unit of different types of Air compressors assembly. Our Industrial Defined Project (I.D.P) is related to Single screw air compressor and Reciprocating air compressor. In single screw air compressors, there is Cushion is used between Motor shaft and screw unit shaft. Cushion is made of POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE. Due to high temperature and high RPM rotation about 3000 rpm, cushion get breaks in 1-1.5 year. It causes increase in maintenance cost and also stops the important process of relative plant which is depends upon single screw air compressors. So we are trying to improve the material of cushion by using various properties like temperature, strength, chemical contents etc. Other side there is a problem occurs in Reciprocating air compressors of system Vibration. It is due to high working rpm and improper mounting on foundation, loose components etc. We are trying to reduce the vibration occurs in Reciprocating air compressors.
