“Authority is defined as the power to make decisions which guide the action of other.”
“Responsibility is the duty to which a person bound by reason of his status or task.”
Discipline
Discipline is of two type: Self imposed and command discipline.

Discipline can be obtained by issuing warnings, suspension ,demotion etc.
Unity of direction
Each group of activities with the same objective must have one head and one plan.
It concerned with functioning of organization in respect of its grouping of activities.
It provide better coordination among various activities of organiscation.
Stability of tenure
No employee should leave organiscation within short period of time.
There should be reasonable security.
Unnecessary turnover is cause and effect of bad management.
