Abstracts: In recent year’s competition in the automobile market is increase with respect to fuel economy, especially for the light commercial vehicle. More ever, there is a significant necessity about reducing fuel consumption level for automobile companies. The weight minimization of wheel has more affective then the weight minimization of elsewhere in a vehicle due to rotational moment of inertia effect during rotation. There is a large scope of weight reduction of wheel by use of different alternative materials in aluminum and magnesium alloys and by comparing their properties without affecting the strength.
