Abstracts: As a part of our User Defined Project (UDP), we are Modeling and Analysis of Carburetor. The carburetor is a device that blends air and fuel for an internal combustion engine. We had gone through modeling of carburetor in Pro-E. We also did the assembly drawing and animation in the Pro-E of our project. We had also gone through the structural analysis of nozzle and lever in Pro-Mechanica software. We had also gone through from static structural analysis of nozzle in the ansys work betch. Our main concentration was on nozzle that how its inlet diameter affects on maximum stress on nozzle. When the Flow inside the carburetor was analyzed for different diameter and pressure of Nozzle, it was found that As the Diameter of Nozzle increases strength of nozzle is decreases and as the diameter of nozzle decreases, strength of nozzle is increases.
