Abstracts: This project report concerns of the Modeling and analysis of semi-elliptic leaf spring. The purpose of this project is to find the best possible design of a semi-elliptic leaf spring for bearing the maximum load by any vehicle. This project contains the designing of a semi-elliptic leaf spring and its modeling by using the PRO-ENGINEERING software. It contains the brief information about the suspension system also. The leaf spring is used for safety and comfort ride. The leaf spring is designed with extreme care because any deformation in leaf spring can cause the instability of vehicle and sometimes the failure of leaf spring which leads to accidents and loss of life as well as the loss of property. Pro-Engineering is a powerful program used to create complex design with great precisions. Pro-Engineering is a comprehensive product development solution for concept and industrial design, detailed design, simulation and analysis, model/tool/die design, and NC tool path creation. Pro-Mechanica is analysis software based on Finite Element Structural Analysis by means of creating nodes and analyzing the object by application of different load values on them. It gives us the results based on the structural as well as thermal analysis. The project report contains the following chapters to illustrate the work done. 1. Introduction to suspension system. 2.
