In Mathematical model, the performance of a closed loop servo system is not accurately measured that’s why we go for the ‘Dynamic theory’, Which is based on Mathematical model.
Machine tool servo system design process is generally
divided into two stages:
steady-state design
dynamic-state design
MATHEMATICAL MODEL
In mathematical model, the closed loop servo system mainly includes two sub-systems
a. Servo driven system
b. Mechanical transmission system
CONCLUSION
Actually, mathematical model for servo system is high-order system and so difficult to accurately calculate performance indexes.
Therefore, performance indexes are obtained only through simulation analysis
Parameters tuned by the PID controller greatly improve Stability response
