Introduction
This essay will focus on the importance of leadership in the organisations or teams. This essay will also highlight the significance and effectiveness of leadership. Particular attention will be paid to developing critical discussions that how effective leadership helps our nation through times of peril. How it makes a business organization successful. How it enables a not-for-profit organization to fulfil its mission. The effective leadership of parents enables children to grow strong and healthy and become productive adults. It will also describe that how Leadership is the ability to get other people to do something significant that they might not otherwise do. How it is energizing people toward a goal?
Does Leadership is important?
Do leaders make a significant difference to their organizations? On the fact of it, this question would appear to require little more than common sense to answer affirmatively. Daft, Richard. (Pp 7. 2011) describes, “There are opportunities for leadership all around us that involve influence and change toward a desired goal or outcome. According to Kouzes and Posner (2003) research a leader play a model role, he inspires a shared vision and challenges the process. A leader ability to enable others to act is essential. A leader encourages and gives confidence.

Role of leadership
Leadership required at all levels. Leadership is a function that is important at all levels of management. In the top level, it is important for getting co-operation in formulation of plans and policies. In the middle and lower level, it is required for interpretation and execution of plans and programmes framed by the top management. Leadership can be exercised through guidance and counselling of the subordinates at the time of execution of plans. A leader or a manager issaid to be the representative of the enterprise. He has to represent the concern at seminars, conferences, general meetings, etc. His role is to communicate the rationale of the enterprise to outside public. He is also representative of the own department which he leads. Integrates and reconciles the personal goals with organizational goals. A leader through leadership traits helps in reconciling or integrating the personal goals of the employees with the organizational goals. A leader triesto co-ordinate the efforts of people towards a common purpose and thereby achieves objectives. This canbe done only if he can influence and get willing co-operation and urge to accomplish the objectives.(Avery, Gayle.2009, 2010).
How Leadership impact on business organisation
Instead, the ability to effectively lead others improvework environment and help to get the best out of your employees and co-workers. (Rollinson, Derek.Broadfield, Aysen.2002).A good leader understands that everyone works differently and takes notes others preferred work methods. Effective leaders are able to use this knowledge to get more out of their employees and co-workers and show that they value them for their contribution. In 21st century people of an organization, or team, have different background, genders, ages, and culture. Therefore, it is challenge for team leaders of taking into account the various needs, values, and motivates of their followers. (Rowold, J. 2011).In the globalization era, different cultural frameworks of both leaders and local staff require specific skills of leadership. Leaders of multinational enterprises have to respond effectively to the dynamics of their own organizational culture and the multi-cultures of staff and the country in which they based.
How Leader energizing people
Kouzes and Posner (2003) identify how leaders mobilize others to get extraordinary things done in virtually every arena of organized activity. Effective leaders inspire and motivate others. They help others see the importance of what they are doing and motivate them to do their best. Adair (2006) describes that relationship between leadership and motivation is like brother and sister. Moreover, it is hard to think of a leader who does not motivate others. Leaders have spiritual value, which plays important role in an organization success. Spiritual leadership theory is a causal theory for organizational transformation designed to create an intrinsically motivated, learning organization. (Reave, Laura.2005). Despite, there is a clear consistency between spiritual values and practices and effective leadership. According to Giessner, R.Steffen.Knippenberg, and Van.Daan. (2008). “Associations of leaders with success or failure to achieve group or organizational goals arguably are one of the more important influences on leadership perceptions, and consequently on leaders basis to influence and mobilize followers”.
