MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
Compressor
• Compressor is a device which
converts power into kinetic energy
by pressurising and compressing
air.
FRL Unit
• Filter Regulator Lubricator unit is
used to regulate the flow of air and
act as a filter for the air.
Pneumatic cylinder
• Pneumatic cylinders are the
devices which converts the power
of compressed air into mechanical
force
Vacuum gripper
• It is a device which is used to grip
on the surface by the negative
pressure
Vacuum generator
• Vacuum generator is used to
generate vacuum and vacuum
ejector type is used in this
machine
Direction control valve
• DCV is used to split the flow of air
from a single source to various
outlets

UP WARD MOVEMENT

• Supply to top cylinder (it retracts,
setup moves up)
LEFT SIDE MOVEMENT
• Supply to left cylinder (it
extends)
• Supply to left suction cup
turned on
• Supply to top and right suction
cup turned of
• Supply to left cylinder (it
retracts, setup moves left)
RIGHT SIDE MOVEMENT
• Supply to right cylinder (it
extends)
• Supply to right suction cup turned
on
• Supply to left and top suction
turned of
• Supply to right cylinder (it retracts,
setup moves right)
