SYNOPSIS
The pollution is the very big problem in the world. Thus system will be controlled electrically. It consists of control circuits. Dust extractor controllers mother assembly and a purifier. An extractor gel is used to absorb the dust particles in the smoke and is mixed with the gel.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The pollution control system consists of a hollow cylinder. The helical shaped baffle plates are fixed on a shaft. That runs through the hollow cylinder. The two ends of the shaft are fixed with bearing. The DC motor is connected to the shaft. The baffle plates are placed inside a cylinder and the two ends of the cylinder are made airtight. The smoke enters into the hollow cylinder by the inlet port one end of the cylinder act as inlet port and the other end acts as an exhaust port. The baffle plates are coated with carbon arresting jelly, when the exhaust gas is allowed to pass inside, the inlet becomes contact with the baffle plates the jelly absorbs the carbon particles in the exhaust gas because of helical baffle plates. The dc motor to which the baffle shaft is connected to the started. When the shaft rotates the baffle plates rotates. The plate acts as screw rod and the purified and sends out.
ADVANTAGES
Reduction of air pollution
Cost is less
Maintenance is easy
Easily fixed at all vehicle
Less weight
DISADVANTEGES
Equipment cost in high
Power is required to drive the motor
