INTRODUCTION
Audio Steganography is technique of hiding the message in the audio file.
The message that is to be hidden was encrypted.
The secret message is embedded by slightly altering the binary sequence of a sound file.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of steganography is to hide a secret message in the Audio in such a way that their would be no perceivable changes.
LSB ENCODING
By replacing the least significant bit of each sampling point by a coded binary string, we can encode a large amount of data.
LIMITATIONS
Compressing an audio file.
Certain sized data can be hidden.
FUTURE SCOPE
Other algorithms like spread spectrum, echo data hiding can be implemented.
A public–private key pairs will be introduced.
CONCLUSION
Audio Steganography and its derivatives are growing in use and application.
Algorithm presented is a simple one, it represents a significant improvement over simplistic steganographic algorithms that do not use keys.
