Abstracts: The “Payroll Management System” is the project that is being developed to make the work efficient and remove the paper work of the employee’s details at “RAJ ENTERPRISE”. RAJ ENTERPRISE is kitchenware manufacturing factory. Many employees are worked in the factoryon different designation like worker, accountant, General Manager etc. All these employee’s details needs to be managed and maintained timely.Their requirement was of a system which keeps track of all the details of the employees which are used in the factory and that would allow the admin to add, update, delete and display the details. The Human Resources Information Systems Specialist is responsible for the development and documentation of automated systems to facilitate the management of data pertaining to all The Organization employees. This position will also be responsible for on-going support of Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Employee Management is the sub-module of the HR module. The Employee Management Module is responsible for the Employee Details, Employee Management, Employee Department, Employee Designation, Employee Time Management and Employee Leave Management. Payroll is the sub-module of the Payroll module. The Payroll System Module is responsible for the Salary Management, Loan Management and any activity which is related with the Payment or Money. Report is the sub-module of the HR module and Payroll module. HR Manager can generate Attendance Report, Salary Slip, Employee Salary Report and Employee Present Hours Report from Report Module.
