Abstracts: The whole system consists of mainly four entities. They are Administrator who will manage the projects, Employees who will develop the project, End user who will use the system or the product obtained during the development, Bug Reporter who will handle all the errors that occurs in the system. The Administrator perform different functions such as scheduling of different projects, assignment of different projects to different employees according to their eligibility, management of different projects that are under development in a given company, tracking of the projects that are being under development and finding that where the project has been reached according to the different stages of Software Development Life Cycle. The Employees are the one who will perform the development of the project that has been assigned to them by the Administrator. The employees will develop the project through the various stages of SDLC by using any model according to the requirement defines by the end user. The end users are the one who are going to use the system or the product that has been developed by the developer. They provide requirements about their system that what are the features that they want from the system. They requirement must be achieved during the development of the project and it must be mentioned in the SRS on the basis of priorities. The requirement must be such that they must be achievable very easily and very effectively. The Bug Reporter will handle all the errors that occur during the development of the project and will solve all the errors reducing the complexity of the system by efficiently removing the errors and removing the effect of the project.
