Abstracts: As per our design we have classified the parts which are contained into our design. Whole stapling with hole punching machine is made of stainless steel material so that machine can sustain any high forces without any failure or breakage of any parts. Lever is positioned at an angle of 30 degree to the magazine. Lever contains the plunger and a sliding stopper. Plunger is useful to press the metal staple into pages while we are binding the paper sheets. So it also gives the support to staple structure to get a proper shape. Sliding stopper is provided with the arrangement to do two operations separately as per the requirement. Here when we slides the stopper from right to left then it locks the stapling operation so that we can do only hole punching operation as per the requirement. At joint of the lever and magazine they are attached with the fulcrum pin to move it at suitable position and to fix it. Magazine contains the staples storage space and punching rods. So when we have to put any extra staples then we can adjust it easily. Here tension spring is also provided to press the staples at forward side whenever it requires. Base part is the most important part of the whole structure. In this structure we have made the arrangement for operation of punching rods throughout the base. The base is made of stainless steel and it has higher strength to sustain the forces which are created while we are operating the machine. At the end of base wastage collection base is also provide to collect the wastage of paper sheets when we are doing the operation of hole punching. On the base and under the staple pin we have also provided the arrangement of a base and punch to get a correct shape of staple pin after stapling operation.
