Query Planning Continuous Aggregation For Customer Relationship Management
ABSTRACT
A CRM is a collection of people, processes, software, and internet capabilities that helps an enterprise manage customer relationship effectively and systematically.
The goal of CRM is to understand and anticipates the needs of current and potential customer to increase customer retention and loyalty while optimizing the way product and services are sold.
CRM gives the lots of pieces of information about customers, sales, marketing effectiveness, responsiveness and market trends.
This project is mainly a web-based solution and it is mainly concentrated on the
following process they are payroll, stock and attendance, purchase each process
has various sub process which aids in the core task in the organization.
The feature of this project is to view and manipulate the website anywhere and at anytime by using internet connection thereby it saves valuable time and improves the efficiency of doing business.
EXISTING SYSTEM
Currently most company’s used to maintain all data’s manually in a ledger book. The attendance is maintained in attendance book. The stock details are maintained in a notebook manually. The salary is calculated manually and entries are made in a Chellan. The entire process is carried out manually.
To maintain customer complaint details and to generate the complaint report to the clients they have to maintain the following information in various files:
In the first file they record the client’s personnel information, such as client code, client name, address, etc. this details are entered in this file when the new client comes into the organization.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
The Customer Complaint Report can be generated easily by getting the information without any problem from all the related files the package is designed by GUI concept
The initial investigation has the objectives of determining the validity of the user request for a candidate system & whether a feasibility study should be conducted.
The objective of the problem posed by the user must be understood within the framework of the organizations plan.
Online inventory management web application maintains all data’s in an
application; it overcomes the difficulty of both manual maintenance and ordinary
system application.
The employees of the organization can enter the details of the product they
purchase, stocks of the materials, sales date of the product to through online.
and email alert can be sent to the manager and mail-id of the organization
from the application to remind the delivery date of the product.
