ABSTRACT
In Industries sophisticated machines and equipments are used which are highly
voltage, current and temperature sensitive. So that protection from over current,
over voltage, over temperature to protect these costly equipments. In our country
the voltage fluctuations are the major problem due to electrical grid tripping and
other power faults in transmission line. When the machine runs under load to
draw high current consequently temperature increases and damages the machines
or equipments without any warning, in this case monitoring systems are also not
playing efficient role in protecting the device within time.
In this project we provide the facility of sensing current, voltage and temperature
minimum and maximum tolerance limit and microcontroller to gather the
information from various sampling sites from device and gives the output high when
any of the parameter crossing the tolerance limit to trigger the relay and cut the
power supply towards the equipments or machines, in this way we protect the
machine from severe damage and take appropriate steps to control the normal
parameter. Equipments are automatically switched on when the parameters comes
to the normal range.
