INTRODUCTION
PURPOSE
The software personnel management system was developed to maintain and manage the personnel details of user. This enables the organization to award credits to its employees, assign special projects or upgrade their posts. Overall, this system acts a guide for the organization, steering it for the betterment by reducing manpower which would otherwise be needed to perform tasks, saves a lot of time and easy to update
SCOPE
• To provide a anytime anyplace service for the user.

• To have an idea when the meeting is there and at what time.

• HTML-Hypertext Markup Language is a web based programming language.
• HTTP-Hypertext Transfer Protocol is a protocol which helps in connection of server and client.
• TCP/IP-Transmission Control Protocol is used to connect the host in the network.

The use case evaluates the performance of the employee by analyzing the project status, successfully finished projects in the past and black marks if any.

PRODUCT PERSPECTIVE
The fastly increase usage of computer leads investors to e-commerce. The percentage of using computer for saving data is very low, means it is still unusual. But it increases too. Due to its low percentage it could not keep the most investors’ attentions. So there is still a big share in the market.
In the near future investors will see the attraction in this market. So, in order to supply this inevitable demand this product will be implemented.
In this software user can have an account about their Personnel information. They can have an account which states that where the user has invested the money and how much the investment has been made. User could also enhance these areas according to their agreements; software dynamic structure is suitable for this purpose. On the other hand when the user logs on the system they could choose the activity. The most important things in this step, is the security.
PRODUCT FUNCTION
Provides the information about the Personnel information such as date of birth, address, phone no, blood group, father’s name etc. It also provides information about the addresses; phone no etc about the user’s friends or clients.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT
Software will be operated in three different operating systems.
• Linux.
• Mac Os X.
• Windows
ASSUMPTIONS AND DEPENDENCIES
DBMS compatibility
We need to have a real DBMS to run the system. Since multi-user will use the system at the same time, the DBMS must able to due with the data concurrency problem.
Hardware compatibility
Since we cannot use a machine to read the card information and print the ticket to the customer, we just assume the cinema have such device. So, staffs in the ticket box need not to handle the booking through the web.
SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
INTERFACE REQUIREMENT:
The system shall provide a help (explanation) tag from each displayed page to explain how to use that page.
The Web page of AFIRS shall permit complete navigation, flight selection, ticket reservation and ticket/flight information query view using keyboard and mouse combinations.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENT:
• The users (both customer and staff) can login to the system to perform different operation.
• The customer can modify its own data.
• The system can generate some statistic information according to the information given by the user.
• Users can check an activity data by clicking on a certain activity on main page (e.g. which activity is now performing).
