Abstracts: The Project titled ‘Sales Force Management System’ aims at creating a Sales Force Management System to provide guidelines and help to employees (candidates) for online Human Resource Management (HRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It is a part of a company’s customer relationship management system that automatically records all the stages in a sales process. It includes a task management system which tracks all activities that has been made by an employee, the purpose of the contact made, and any follow up that may be needed. This ensures that sales efforts are not duplicated, reducing the risk of irritating customers. It also includes a sales lead tracking system, which lists potential customers through paid phone lists, or customers of related products. This system includes sales forecasting, order management and product knowledge. It includes opportunity management feature.
