Abstracts: We choose a social issue from government school organization. While visiting different schools we found that primary teachers spent most of their time in preparing non academicals work. So we decided to reduce their burden by implementing this application in the school. Teachers are busy with preparing documents like Attendance, Student Profile, General Register, managing different events related documents, also some accounting work, managing SMC comities. Software is designed in C#.NET at front end and at the back end database is designed in SQL SERVER 2008.The tool that is used to develop this software is visual studio 2010. School Management System is a large database system which can be used for managing all day to day academicals and non-academicals activities. We will develop web based application so it will be easier to coordinate between sub departments of schools. School Management System allows users to store almost all of their school's information electronically, including information on students, properties, teaching meteorites etc. Most importantly, this information can be easily shared with authorized users, records can be easily searched, and reports can be easily generated. The main perspective of the project is to replace most of the paper based work into paperless work, so most of the time of responsible person will be reduced. The whole software will be divided into certain modules, and each module provides certain functionality. The manual work is replaced by automated work. In the Software we can register as a user and user has of two types, users and Administrator. Administrator has the power to add new user and can edit and delete a user. A user can register as user and can add edit and delete his profile. The administrator can add edit and delete marks for the student. All the users can see their profile only, if they edit their profile it directly reflected and saved. In users we will include all the teachers, accountants, and other responsible person for non-academicals activities. The functionality we will provide is as follows: Maintain Student profiles, Maintain Teacher profile, Account Management, Attendance Management, Scholarship Distribution, Stock Maintenance, and GR Maintenance.
