Abstracts: 1.4 ABSTRACT There is not much input from science and technology for provide more comfort to working class people. We are just trying to invent that type of mechanism which help them and provide more comfort and increase productivity of their work. Mechanism is related to lifting a material which is usually used in construction work more easily by the labor. We made that type of mechanism which is run by neither fuel nor power supply, but worker’s own weight will run it. As per design we have classified the parts which are contained into our design. Whole Material Handling Equipment is made of wooden material so that machine can sustain any high forces without any failure or breakage of any parts. A wooden plank is positioned at inclined from leveled ground surface by a two heavy duty hinged joints and at the other end of wooden plank there is parallel two chains attached which directly wounded on the sprocket. The end of the chains, there are two counter weight attached as same as to lift wooden planks weight to lift a wooden plank. Two parallel chains are wounded on the sprockets and that sprocket is directly attached through a one way sprocket on it too shaft. That shaft carries four sprockets and supported with the two wooden sprocket blocks with one way sprockets attached at wooden structure. When the sprocket rotates than hole mechanism will rotate. To give a rotary motion to the bucket we have to rotate a shaft. This shaft is rotated by the sprocket which is attached at wooden support. When the worker climb on the inclined plank the chains are attached at the end of the plank is travel top side to a bottom side, due to this travelling motion of the chain the sprocket rotate due to chain is wounded on it, due to this the bucket conveyor mechanism starts to rotate and from the ground side material stack to bucket and from the top side of bucket it will empty.
